Just looking at the photos, it seems way cheaper than they made it sound. They promised a nicer, more premium-looking product, but the pictures make it look off and not at all like what I expected.

The bag looks good and I wanted to like it, but the zipper keeps getting stuck every time I use it. It’s annoying, and it feels like this is the kind of issue that should’ve been noticed or fixed before selling it.
